This is a traditional enameled paella. Ideal for about 12 people, but it can feed probably up to around 18 people without making the rice crust too thick. The heat distribution is regular and the response to fire intensity is relatively fast. Enamel is easy to clean, but be careful to not break it. The handles (two) are quite sturdy and probably can hold more weight that a regular paella. In general, it’s a good pan if you know how to use it.
