The order shipped on time, but the USPS worked as usual! “SLOW”! They changed the delivery date twice. I know it wasn’t the company’s fault that the shipping took forever! After I ordered the Thermocoupling and it didn’t get here, the temps outside started to drop through the floor, I needed the part ASAP! So I had to purchase one at my local hardware to get my freestanding gas heater going! I’ll keep these thermocouplings as spares just in case. I highly recommend ordering from this company!
